An application that allows you to explore fantasies, perversions and preferences with your partner. Read on for my review of the BeMoreKinky app!
BeMoreKinky App Overview

BeMoreKinky is a relationship-focused app that helps couples explore, communicate, and better understand their own (and each other’s!) sexual preferences. It does this through guided questionnaires.
The app assumes (perhaps correctly) that these real-time conversations may be uncomfortable for couples. By providing a structured, pressure-free way for couples to explore their sexual and kink preferences (including their limits), this app helps eliminate awkwardness and any guesswork/assumptions about your partner’s views on certain kink. By framing roleplay, kink, and dirty talk as a shared, nonjudgmental mutual exploration, BeMoreKinky aims to make conversations about sex feel more accessible.
The app can be installed for free and allows you to access various categories of quizzes and profiles. Some, however, are reserved for premium members. Fortunately, if you purchase a premium membership, your linked partner will also automatically get a premium membership.
From what I can see, this app is primarily aimed at people who want to deepen their connection or rekindle sexual curiosity in their relationship. At its core, BeMoreKinky promises to turn private preferences into a meaningful dialogue.
Why the questionnaire-based approach?
The quiz-based approach may seem cheesy or like something out of an old Cosmopolitan magazine, but it works. The app presents you with a wide range of quizzes (divided into different broad categories such as sensation play, domination and praise, devices (i.e. sex toys), bondage, role play, fantasies, etc.). Each category has several subcategories (i.e. “Role Plays” is divided into quizzes on Flirty Role Plays, Taboo Role Plays, Power Dynamic Role Plays, and Fantasy Role Plays).

These quizzes will guide you through a set of safe, structured, low-pressure questions. Each question presents you with an activity and you simply rate your interest in it (X, ? or ♥) for no, maybe and yes. Once you have finished each test, you will be able to review your answers. Your responses will appear in your partner’s app and your responses to questionnaires you have completed will appear in the Partner section of your app.
Honestly, this works. This removes the pressure to talk about sensitive or potentially uncomfortable topics in the moment. It also helps normalize the problems in some ways – it certainly helps reduce the stigma and anxiety you may have about some of your problems, making it easier for you to engage with topics you would otherwise avoid.

As you can see from the above, there’s plenty of room for exploration, from barely kinky to intensely curly.
Consent

I want to note that I love how much this app emphasizes the importance of consent and shared mutual interest. There are whole questionnaires about how you prefer to set your boundaries. This is very important and I am glad to see that BeMoreKinky emphasizes consent as an important and non-negotiable foundation. It’s not added as an afterthought – the creators of this app have obviously made it a priority.
That’s not to say that lack of consent isn’t included in the app as a fantasy: some questionnaires measure your interest in fantasies related to lack of consent, reluctance, blackmail, kidnapping, etc. What I mean is that the app reminds users that they can engage in these types of fantasies without consent. if you and your partner are mutually interested and consent to it.
Use the app and join
Using the BeMoreKinky app is simple. You log in, click a few privacy policy boxes, and start creating your profile and preferences. There are clear instructions. To link your partner’s account, you simply generate a unique code through the app, and they can enter it on their end, and that’s it! From there, they will be able to see each other’s preferences and the test results. You can also create a game proposal for your partner (kind of like a calendar invite), and there’s a button that lets you let your partner know you’re in the mood.

questionnaires
Right now, here are the current quiz categories. Each quiz asks you to rate your interest in activities, sentences, actions, etc.
Please note that some quizzes are only available to premium members.
- Submissive Names (with quizzes on Degrading Female Titles, Degrading Male Titles, and Endearing Names)
- Sensation play (Positions, Sensory play, Impact play, Temperature)
- Femdom (with quizzes on strict femdom phrases, strict femdom phrases, soft femdom phrases, soft femdom phrases and soft femdom phrases for subscribers)
- Gentle Domination and Praise (with quizzes on Gentle Domination, Praise Phrases for Doms, and Talking to Your Gentle Dom).
- Psychological game (with quizzes on humiliation, services, discipline, chastity, chastity phrases, anticipation and position and exhibition)
- Sensual (with rating, romance and food quizzes)
- Non-monogamy (with quizzes on group play, cuckolding, cuckold phrases, and exhibitionism)
- Devices (with a questionnaire on toy preferences)
- Bondage (with a bondage preference quiz for beginners)
- Role play (with a questionnaire about preferences in flirtatious role plays, taboo role plays, power dynamic role plays, and fantasy role plays).
- Dominant Names (with a preference quiz on what you’d like to call your dom)
- Fantasies (with clothing quizzes, parenting game ideas, parenting phrases for submissives, and breeding phrases for doms).
- Private Idea (this allows you to create a custom activity to share privately with your partner)
Another thing to keep in mind is that each test can be viewed from your perspective as a Dominant or Submissive. This changes the wording to make it more relevant to you.
I am sure this will change and evolve. But starting this month, these are the options.
Creating your profiles

BeMoreKinky also allows you to create your own personal profiles. It’s less about what sexual activities you are open to (or not) and more about what’s going on inside your brain at the moment. It’s much more specific, more detailed, and allows you (and your partner) to really understand where your enjoyment lies. That is, not just “do you want to spank your partner?”, but rather allowing you to rate how much you enjoy seeing marks or bruises, etc.
There are tons of profiles, ranging from aftercare needs and BDSM guidance to exhibitionism, age play, and gender play. You choose which profiles you want to make (and you can ignore those that don’t interest you at all).
Aesthetics
I want to add a note about aesthetics. The artwork is beautiful. It feels dark and brooding, but not scary. It’s not pornographic or visually explicit, but it’s still sensual.
Privacy
Given the sensitive nature of these questions, I was obviously concerned about privacy.
I asked the app creator what type of user data he has access to and this was his response: “Due to the sensitivity of this data, collection is extremely minimal and confusing. If someone signs up with an email, it is stored to allow users to log in, but it is not exposed beyond the authorization service. We also do not collect age or specific location. “Everything is also encrypted at rest and in transit.”
Your website goes above and beyond in its security. here. Honestly, I’m happy with it.
Limitations?
One thing that might be a problem for some people is that you can only add one partner connection at a time. While this doesn’t affect me personally, I can see it frustrating polyamorous people. Hopefully the ability to add more than one partner connection at a time can be added in a later version.
BeMoreKinky App Review: General Thoughts
Honestly, this is an amazing app. It’s a great idea and has helped my partner and I talk about some of our own desires that we’re too embarrassed to mention (yes, that even happens to sex bloggers!). I was worried it would feel fancy or sleepy, but it doesn’t at all. It is a practical and useful relationship aid that helps open important sexual dialogue. I highly recommend it.
You can purchase the BeMoreKinky application here for iOS and here for android!
