what is the Velora Luxe Bullet Vibrator?
Sex toy retailer Velora’s place feel me your luxury bullet to review. It is a rechargeable vibrator made of silicone and plastic. Like other bullets, it’s on the smaller side of the vibrator spectrum (3.15″ long by 0.8″ wide). It currently sells for $20.99.
Things I like about Velora Luxury Bullet:
- Strong enough: It is not a jackhammer or Wandbut I was surprised by the power of this thing, given its low price and tiny size. I never had a problem doing it, sometimes even through underwear and/or sleeping shorts.
- Not very lively: While the Luxe Bullet is certainly not as loud (i.e. low-pitched and deeply stimulating) as some high-end bullets like the We-Vibe TangoIt’s also not as annoyingly buzzy (i.e. high-pitched and numbing) as I’d generally expect from a vibe at this price. As I said above, I was always able to orgasm with him, and at that point I had enough clitoral sensitivity left for the orgasms to be good, not muted. Impressive for such an affordable toy!
- Little: Like other bullets, the Luxe Bullet is small and therefore easier to maneuver than a thicker vibrator. It can work well between bodies during sex and fits easily in a purse or pocket. (A couple of caveats, though: It lacks a travel lock feature, which would make it more portable, and it’s also too large to fit into slots designed for standard-sized bullet vibes, like those found on the base of some dildos.)
- Price: Despite its sonorous-sounding name, the Luxe Bullet currently sells for just $20.99. I’m always happy to see a really decent atmosphere at an affordable price. It has its flaws, as I’ll explain later, but overall it works pretty well for a $21 vibrator!
- Rechargeable: It’s great to see a rechargeable vibe at this price, as I’d generally expect vibes under $30 to be powered by disposable batteries. This toy charges using a small and practical USB cable.

Things that I of which as about him Velora Luxury Bullet:
- Only 3 constant speeds: Not that I’d expect much more from a $21 vibrator, but the Luxe Bullet only has 3 constant speeds, followed by 7 patterns. I always prefer at least 8 constant speeds, as it expands your feel options and makes jumping between speeds less jarring. It’s also annoying to have to cycle through all the patterns, using a button on the toy, to get back to first gear.
- Inconsistent patterns: Of the Luxe Bullet’s 7 patterns, only 3 maintain a constant rhythm with minimal pauses between buzzes. The other 4 patterns may be suitable for people who like unpredictability or fun (?) edge frustration, but that’s not me, so I was bothered with these, especially since you have to cycle through them all to get back to the first vibration speed.
- Basic form: I generally prefer bullets that have a pointed or flat/angled tip, as this gives more feel options (you can, for example, use the tip of such a toy when you want a more precise feel and hold it sideways when you want a more diffuse/wider feel). The Luxe Bullet is a uniform thickness of 20mm (about 0.8 inches) along its entire length, so if you prefer thinner, more precise stimulation than that, you should look elsewhere.
- Color: Brown is certainly an unusual shade for a vibrator, so I’ll give them points for originality, but in this particular size and shape, it ends up looking a little fecal, which, let’s just say, isn’t my problem. However, there are other color options available!
- Noise level: As you would expect from a vibration at this price, it emits a definitely audible hum and is not, as its marketing copy claims, “silent” in any way. However, it probably wouldn’t be detectable from another room if the door was closed and you were playing white noise or music to cover up the sound.
- Vibrate fingers: I sometimes felt numbness or discomfort in my hand or fingers when using the Luxe Bullet because (as is common with vibrations of this size or shape) the vibrations are transmitted through the entire toy, not just the tip. people with hand pain/discomfort You may have difficulty holding this toy comfortably.
- Presumably not waterproof: Since it’s not mentioned anywhere that the Luxe Bullet is waterproof, I have to assume that it isn’t, which makes it a little trickier to clean and also limits the environments in which it can be used. But then again, that’s what’s expected from a $21 vibrator.
Final thoughts
Tea luxury bullet It’s a noticeably better vibrator than I expected, for a $21 toy! I would gladly recommend it to a beginner on a budget who wants a vibration for external stimulation (it’s not really suitable for vaginal or anal penetration due to its small size, straight shape, and lack of a flared base). It offers decently strong vibrations for its small size and will work well for many people. I wish we had this in stock when I worked in sex toy retail in my twenties. I’m sure I would have sold a ton of them!
It has its problems, but overall, the luxury bullet In fact, it’s more luxurious than one might think, given its low price. Yay for affordable orgasms!
